About the Role
This position is located at US Mint,Manufacturing Directorate - Denver - Coining Division. As a Coin Production Manager, you will serve as the Chief of the Coining Division and is responsible to the Deputy Plant Manager for the administration of the entire division. The Division is responsible and accountable for the production of the Nation's circulating coinage.
What You'll Do
- →As a Coin Production Manager, you will: Direct the formulation of plans, organization objectives, policies, priorities, and procedures to ensure that the mission of the division is accomplished in a timely and efficient manner.
- →Ensure that forecasting and utilization of resources is being accomplished in a coordinated, efficient, and effective manner.
- →Ensure that adequate controls are in place, performance is monitored, and goals and objectives are met.
- →Initiate proposals for requisition of both capital and non-capital equipment to effect operating improvements.
Requirements

- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- ✓If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- ✓Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form I-9.
