About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and is located at the Rocker Complex Club on Kadena Air Base in Okinawa, Japan.
What You'll Do
- →Monitors operations of a club or assigned area, normally during absence of the manager and assistant manager, and normally at night or on weekends.
- →Reviews the schedule of functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned by management.
- →Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift.
- →Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility and that club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed.
- →Maintains order in the facility.
- →Assures patron satisfaction by resolving complaints and other customer problems.
- →Responds to emergencies.
- →Ensures adherence with Dram Shop, security, safety, sanitation, cash handling and property control procedures.
- →Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.
- →Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
- →Position is a position of trust.
- →Subject to uncommon tour of duty.
