About the Role
The Clinical Pharmacy Specialist-Pain position is located at the Audie L. Murphy VAMC in San Antonio, Texas within Pharmacy Service. Serves as a provider with prescribing privileges as outlined in the individual's practice area based scope of practice for the Clinical Pharmacy Specialist (CPS) in Pain to provide comprehensive medication therapy management (MTM).

Requirements
- ✓You must be a U.S.
