About the Position: Serves as a civil engineer performing inspection and evaluation work, reviewing and coordinating the work of other engineers, and Instrumentation.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the periodic inspection program team coordinator.
- →Prepares instrumentation reports of navigation locks, flood control structures, dams, bridges, pumping stations, etc.
- →Reviews and studies plans and specifications, maps, charts, boring logs, field reports, and instrumentation data in order to develop engineering data.
- →Develops pertinent engineering data pertaining to specific facilities or structures scheduled for inspection.
- →Checks designs performed by other engineers and assures quality control checks are completed.
