This position will be filled using the Direct Hiring Authority (DHA) for Domestic Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range and Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) in Department of Defense (DoD). About the Position: This is a Civil Engineer position within the Installation Services Directorate at Tobyhanna Army Depot.
What You'll Do
- →Assist the Branch Chief in short and long range planning for new construction, alterations, maintenance, and repair.
- →Review plans, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure conformity with contract specifications.
- →Assign, direct, and review the work of engineering technicians and draftsmen.
- →Conduct extensive project studies to include preparing written reports of findings and making recommendations.
