This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Defense Industrial Base (DIB) & Major Range & Test Facilities Base (MRTFB) to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position:
What You'll Do
- →Develop installation master plan elements to ensure alignment with installation missions, industrial development principles, and long-range facility goals.
- →Conduct field investigations and facility assessments to determine scoping requirements for major maintenance, site upgrades, and the evaluation of construction completeness.
- →Calculate project cost estimates and Independent Government Estimates (IGEs) to establish accurate budgetary baselines and economic justifications for proposed construction and repair projects.
- →Direct cross-functional planning teams and stakeholder meetings to coordinate collateral requirements, resolve design problems, and ensure successful project delivery and beneficial occupancy.
