What You'll Do
- →Duties are listed at the GS-12 grade level.
- →Develops, designs, and modifies civil engineering plans and specifications for new construction and maintenance.
- →Serves as Engineering Representative (ER) or Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- →Provides direction to others in the principles of planning, designing, operation, maintenance, monitoring, and inspection of engineering projects.
- →Responsible for contract compliance on assigned projects.
- →Implements and executes project plans for the engineering program area(s) assigned.
- →Coordinates the assigned program(s) and plans with other resource management functions, monitors the accuracy of plans, policies, programs, and administration .
- →Is responsible for final evaluation reporting and recommendations on all administrative aspects of the assigned program of work.
- →As a senior engineer, is responsible for training other engineers and technicians in all aspects of engineering, e.g., design, operation, maintenance, monitoring etc.
Requirements
- ✓Must be a U.S.
- ✓Citizen or National.
- ✓Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered for Selective Service or exempt.
- ✓Subject to satisfactory adjudication of background investigation and/or fingerprint check.
