What You'll Do
- →As a Business Operations Specialist, at the full performance level, you will perform the following duties: Participates in the span of the acquisition life cycle from the initial planning through the description of technical requirements, market research, proposal evaluation, contract monitoring, performance assessment and problem resolution.
- →Assists in the development of requirement analysis, independent government cost estimates and cost benefits analysis.
- →Functions as a consultant working with the program management office to identify program needs.
- →The first 50 applicants will receive first consideration.
- →Additional applicants, beyond the first 50, may be considered, upon management 's request.
- →Due to high volume of applicants, not all applicants will be considered.
- →To meet agency needs, this position will be filled under a time-limited appointment, of more than one year but not-to-exceed (NTE) 4 Years based on management approval which will be determined by their review of workload requirements and available funding.
- →This is not a permanent appointment and does not allow for conversion to a permanent competitive service.
