The primary purpose of this position is to provide continuous, world-class infrastructure and base support in order to enable global Space Force mission Deltas and other space and homeland defense mission partners to conduct combat operations
What You'll Do
- →Performs budget formulation work involving review and preparation of annual funding needs for one or more future budget years for assigned, relatively stable organizations, activities, and/or accounts.
- →Performs budget execution and administration work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of funds.
- →Monitors, tracks, and reviews obligations, expenditures, reimbursable orders, and requests for allotments, identifying and reporting differences which are not in keeping with annual work plans Provides advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information.
- →Provides advice on budget and related matters such as types of funding available, effects of budgetary changes on related activities, and status and use of funds.
- →Compiles, prepares, and conveys information about the budget and programs of assigned organizations Conducts analyses, reviews, and special studies of budget and/or related information for assigned programs/organizations.
- →Researches and analyzes available factual information, trends in the cost of accomplishing specific work objectives, and/or relationships among organizational needs/objectives Performs routine, individual economic analyses and impact studies.
- →Researches and/or verifies costs supporting study and enters costs in accordance with program methodology
