About the Role
About the Position: Serves as the Senior Budget Analyst for Public Health Command - Pacific (PHC-P) with a wide variety of duties that include but are not limited to fund control and reprogramming request responsibilities, spend plan preparation and budget execution.
What You'll Do
- →Performs all aspects of planning, programming, and budgeting for both direct and reimbursable funds associated with potentially multiple appropriations and programs of the commands supported.
- →Maintains data, maintains the core financial enterprise resource planning solution used to manage and improve financial performance, standardize business processes and ensure PHC-P can meet future needs for day-to-day financial management activities Serves as the Defense Travel Administrator (OTA) for the Defense Travel System (DTS).
- →Serves as Agency Program Coordinator (APC) for the Government Travel Card (GTC).
- →Serves as primary point of contact for all General Fund Enterprise Business System, Defense Travel System (DTS), Government Travel Card (GTC), ATAAPS, and Headquarters, subordinate Activities and Service Line annual funding program and execution.
- →Serves as the primary Resource Management Advisor to the Commander and Executive Staff to assist in creating programs fund estimates through analysis of plans, goals and objectives for individual programs.
