About the position: You will serve as the Assistant Director for the Witness Security Division, ES-1811-00, Office of the Director, United States Marshals Service located in Arlington, VA.
What You'll Do
- →As an Assistant Director for the Witness Security Division at the ES-1811-00 level some of your typical work assignment may include: Direct the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and operational standards governing Witness Security.
- →Serve as the principal advisor to the Director, Deputy Director, and Associate Director for Operations on all matters involving security operations, policy, and program administration.
- →Develop strategic business plans, establish organizational performance measures, and align resources with mission priorities.
- →Provide executive leadership to subordinate managers responsible for criminal investigators, operational personnel, administrative professionals, technical specialists, and support staff.
- →Establish internal controls and oversight mechanisms to safeguard program integrity, operational security, fiscal accountability, and protection of sensitive information.
