What You'll Do
- →Assists the Business Manager in directing the operations and supervision of food service facility with up to 12 employees.
- →Responsible for employee scheduling.
- →Conducts staff performance reviews and appraisals.
- →Checks work in progress to ensure compliance with established methods.
- →Provides information to workers regarding procedures, policies, written instructions, and other work directives.
- →Completes cash reports and makes daily deposits.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
