About the Role
You will serve as an Archivist in the Archives Branch of NAVAL HISTORY AND HERITAGE COMMAND.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the collection, maintenance, and reporting of information pertaining to the official records and archival collections.
- →You will assist in determining processes, policies, and procedures for accessioning official records and personal papers collections.
- →You will ensure the accuracy of the data in the collections management database.
- →You will ensure that appropriate materials are preserved and all accession activities are properly documented.
- →You will compile metrics on the collections for use in official reports and data calls.
