You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (Administrative Officer) in the HM&E NAVIGATION, NETWORKING, & AUXILIARY CONTROL SYSTEMS DIVISION, Division 54, within the HM&E CONTROL, NAVIGATION, NETWORKING & CYBER ENGINEERING DEPT, Department 50, of NSWC PHILA DIV. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-11 and GS-12.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for providing the full range of management services essential to the operation of the organization and the support necessary to accomplish the organization’s mission.
- →You will analyze and evaluate work related to the program/project management to identify trends and issues.
- →You will develop work operations and progress plans to achieve management’s objectives.
- →You will develop new/modified work methods, organizational structures, management processes, and administrative procedures for assigned programs.
- →You will plan, schedule and conduct projects to evaluate and recommend improvement to effectiveness and efficiency of work operations.
Requirements
- ✓The following education may be substituted for specialized experience at the NT-04: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree.
- ✓OR Three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
- ✓OR An LL.M. degree that is related to the position being filled.
- ✓OR A combination of experience and graduate education as described above that equates to one year of experience.
- ✓My percentage of the required education plus my percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
