The primary purpose of this position is: to manage the administrative programs and processes of theorganization and serve as a liaison with force support/manpower/personnel offices and key program managers;additionally trains traditional reservists in all tasks of the position.
What You'll Do
- →Manages execution of Publications and Forms Programs and all By-Law Programs.
- →Integrates a variety of software to produce final products.
- →Uses word processing software and printing equipment to create, copy, edit and print a variety of standardized documents.
- →Performs work regarding planning and organizing all administrative activities and processes for the organization.
- →Manages, prepares and maintains documentation concerning the administrative orders program.
- →Monitors and directs the control of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- →Performs other clerical and administrative work in support of the office/organization Serves as the resident subject matter expert for all mandated administrative support programs.
