About the Role
You will serve as an Administrative Support Assistant (CPPA) in the Training Support Department Hawaii (TSD Hawaii) of NAV SUBMARINE TRAINING CTR PACIFIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will review service records and extract/add information as needed by the command.
- →You will resolve problems involving the interpretation of drafts, make edits, correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and ensure proper formatting.
- →You will maintain documents in electronic file format for easy retrieval using various organizational systems and software to include Microsoft Office and Navy software programs.
- →You will generate, review, and process correspondence such as: memos, letters, reports, messages, evaluations, fitness reports, instructions, notices, and awards.
