You will serve as a Administrative Support Assistant in the Navy Recruiting Command of NAV RECRUITING DISTRICT NEW ORLEANS.
What You'll Do
- →You will monitor administrative action items (e.g., personnel actions) to ensure completion prior to suspense or due date.
- →You will obtain documents and messages electronically using personal computer, fax machines, and scanners to support the administrative procedures.
- →You will proofread reports, documents or correspondence to correct format, spelling, or grammatical errors.
- →You will analyze and recommend improvements to office systems or processes.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of 4 years above high school.
