About the Role
About the Position: This position will serve as an Administrative Officer for the USANATO Brigade. Responsible for all aspects of support and administration to the command group.
What You'll Do
- →Functions as the official point of contact for command group actions.
- →Reviews staff actions and correspondence packages received for accuracy, completeness and adherence to policies and procedures.
- →Monitors, processes, and tracks command group taskers in Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) tool.
- →Serves as staff action control officer (SACO) for tasks and directives originating from command group.
- →Prepares shells for Officer and Noncommissioned Officer Evaluation reports using standard Army Human Resources Systems.
- →Reviews with rating officials, and submits reports to Human Resources Command.
- →Analyzes staff procedures for efficiency, effectiveness, and adherence to current doctrine policies and procedures.
- →Processes civilian personnel actions for command group and assists civilian personnel liaison as required.
- →Submits tickets in AutoNOA and tracks and processes requests for personnel action related to civilian hiring.
- →Serves as command group’s timekeeper and lead for Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS) actions.
- →Manages Defense Travel System (DTS) for command group.
