You will serve as an ACQUISTION PROGRAM SPECIALIST in the Acquisition and Procurement Management Group, Industrial Acquisition & Procurement Division, Industrial Business Operations Department of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST.
What You'll Do
- →You will perform a range of duties relating to preparation of required acquisition documents, analysis, formulation, presentation, and execution of contracts assigned to the Industrial Acquisition and Procurement Division.
- →You will analyze internal and external data to identify and explain any deviations from pre-established obligations and expenditures, providing support to senior Specialists on all aspects of contractual realms in functional areas.
- →You will analyze contract fund status reports, review expenditures made by contractors, review reports on performance requirements, determine if progress and expenditures compare with negotiated estimates, and prepare appropriate correspondence.
- →You will review, prepare and maintain documents on contracts, invoices, memorandums, modifications, etc., assisting with the preparation of documents specifications, requirements, criteria, and standards which define needs and parameters.
- →You will complete cost break-downs on all vouchers/invoices, establishing and preparing manning objectives and detailed contract provisions to include cost estimations, supply, equipment, and manpower requirements for all service type contracts.
Requirements
- ✓GS-7 1 full year of graduate level education or superior academic achievement GS-9 master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
