What You'll Do
- →Incumbent develops, analyzes and interprets DoD financial management policies and procedures, to include developing, coordinating, and publishing updates to the DoDFMR.
- →Responsible for performing policy analysis on proposed and existing policies, providing policy interpretations to internal and external customers, and coordinating and reviewing proposed policy updates from external sources.
- →Incumbent analyzes and responds to audits, inspections, and other review findings and recommendations relative to DoD financial management.
- →Analyzes financial management procedures and systems, to determine the need for standardization of financial management policy and procedures.
- →Incumbent participates in standardization initiatives and workgroups, in support of DoD’s efforts to improve financial management systems, policies and procedures.
