What You'll Do
- →Provides professional accounting advice and assistance to supported organizations and lower graded accountants and/or accounting technicians in the resolution of diverse, complex, or controversial accounting problems.
- →Analyzes operating programs, practices, and procedures related to receiving, controlling, validating, recording, and reporting accounting transactions of supported organizations to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting policies.
- →Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates a variety of incoming accounting reports used by supported organizations to interpret results of operations, and resolve complex and diverse fiduciary and/or financial management problems.
- →Establishes and monitors internal control systems.
- →Maintains contact with operating and program officials at all management levels.

- ✓Substitution of Education for Experience: Education is not substitutable for specialized experience at this grade level.
