Now hiring: Team Members to provide exceptional service in our Special Order Service Call Center. The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) located at the St. Louis, MO, VA Medical Center is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is committed to serving America's Heroes.
What You'll Do
- →As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring the Special Order 800 Service call center, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the program while at the same time providing the highest level of customer service.
- →Will receive orders for tires from VCS customers nationwide.
- →The position holds the responsibility for ensuring orders placed via email are accurately entered into RMS.
- →Responsible for verifying and gathering information from VCS customers and notifying service centers of the customers.
Requirements
- ✓As a Condition of Employment for accepting this position, you will be required to serve a 1-year trial period during which we will evaluate your fitness and whether your continued employment advances the public interest.
- ✓Additional Conditions of Employment include: -Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959. -Subject to background/security investigation.
