What You'll Do
- →The Antitrust Division is seeking to fill a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist position in our New York Field Office.
- →Within the Division, Supervisory Paralegal Specialists perform legal duties in support of attorneys engaged in antitrust cases and matters.
- →As a Supervisory Paralegal Specialist, you will: Analyze factual and legal questions to assist attorneys in investigations and in preparing for litigation.
- →Direct and/or perform a variety of legal assistance and technical work requiring a specialized knowledge of process, procedure, and practices to support legal activities.
- →Utilize document review platforms.
- →Perform supervisory duties including interviewing applicants, resolving employee complaints, invoking minor disciplinary measures, and identifying training needs.
- →Provide advice on the most effective and efficient ways to prepare, present, and maintain a variety of administrative legal documents.

Requirements

- ✓Citizen to be considered for this position.

- ✓The Antitrust Division participates in the E-Verify program.
- ✓Physical Requirements: The work is primarily sedentary, although some slight physical effort may be required.
- ✓There is no positive education requirement for the GS-12 grade level.
