The primary purpose of this position is to schedule academic training classes for students assigned to an Air Education and Training Command (AETC) Flying Training Program. Reviews, prioritizes, and coordinates academic requests to prepare weekly schedules to meet academic requirements specified in the appropriate aircraft syllabus.
What You'll Do
- →Performs duties such as plans, coordinates, and schedules academic training events, student classes, instructors, and resources.
- →Perform duties such as plans, coordinates, and schedules unprogrammed events.
- →Perform duties such as represents the section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Performs duties such as uses varied and advanced functions of office automation software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of documents and support office operations.
Requirements
