This position is located with the Bureau of Indian Affairs, OJS, Indian Police Academy in Devils Lake, North Dakota.
What You'll Do
- →Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of training courses.
- →Study/analyze training methods, courses, and instructional devices to recommend, develop, and implement new methods and techniques for accomplishing required training activities.
- →Develop, coordinate, and administer program agreements, task orders, statement of work, and interagency agreements for the development and delivery of training courses.
- →Coordinate instructional activities to include advising students on policies/procedures, uniform requirements, cultural issues, and student emergencies; assisting with transportation matters; handling graduation requirements; taking care of logistics, schedules and other administrative matters such as registering students, reserving rooms, ensuring classroom set up, etc.
- →Maintain training/student data via electronic means and prepare numerous reports and statistical data.
- →Resolve a wide variety of training-related problems.
