What You'll Do
- →Prepares Training Authorizations for participants, providing the participant a list of all relevant documents and reports for hotel accommodations, class requirements, travel instructions, per diem rates, funding codes, and other information for participation in training at the Management and Specialty Training Center.
- →Assists the Training Specialists, Training Program Manager, Management and Specialty Training Center Director, and program staff in developing and implementing goals and plans for the operations of the Training Program Department.
- →Conducts maintenance and control of all staff training transcripts and other training records and files, and assists with ensuring that all reporting requirements are met.
- →Performs routine/general maintenance, first tier troubleshooting on reproduction equipment, training equipment, using technical manuals, user guides, and vendor training.
Requirements
- ✓Career Transition Programs (CTAP or ICTAP): These programs apply to Federal and/or DOJ employees who meet the definition of surplus or displaced from a position in the competitive service.

- ✓Be rated well-qualified for the position, scoring at least half of the total possible points for the vacancy KSAs or competencies; and 3.
- ✓Submit the appropriate documentation to support your CTAP or ICTAP eligibility: A copy of the agency notice (i.e., separation notice or agency RIF letter), Most recent performance appraisal, and Most recent SF-50 showing current/former position, grade, promotion potential, and duty location.
