What You'll Do
- →Assists in planning, directing, and controlling the maintenance training program.
- →Initiates and conducts a testing program for maintenance technicians to determine specific training needs.
- →Performs work regarding conducting formal staff and informal visits to organizations within units.
- →Administers, counsels, and provides recommendations on tests and test results.
