What You'll Do
- →Serves as an instructor responsible for the direct delivery of training programs in an employee development section.
- →Responsible for assisting with designing new, or revising current courses and developing performance measures to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the MCCS training program.
- →Researches, plans and develops course materials that are technically and procedurally sound and in accordance with prescribed course framework such as; study guides, visual aids, simulations, written tests, training aids, and course outlines.
- →Organizes, illustrates, interprets and adapts instructional material as required to reach and motivate employees.
- →This position supports other installations and will require overnight travel on occasion.
- →Will coordinate the training program with other MCCS personnel.
- →May be required to research outside sources and obtain information, materials and costs to meet instructional needs.
- →Participates in special projects such as pilot programs, process improvement teams, focus groups and working groups.
- →Provides World Class Customer Service with an emphasis on courtesy.
- →Assists customers and communicates positively in a friendly manner.
- →Takes action to solve problems quickly.
- →Alerts the higher-level supervisor or proper point of contact for help when problems arise.
- →Adheres to safety regulations and standards.
- →Promptly reports any observed workplace hazards, and any injury, occupational illness, and/or property damage resulting from workplace mishaps to the immediate supervisor.
