About the Role
You will serve as a TRAINING SPECIALIST in the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center of NAVDIVESALVTRCEN.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a training specialist in developing technical and doctrinal sound instructional materials.
- →You will review contractor lesson plans, trainee guides and instructional media (IMM) and provide feedback for identified problems.
- →You will provide Master Training Specialist (MTS) support, conduct MTS evaluations, administer MTS exams and participate in MTS boards.
- →You will track and document high risk pre-certifications and certifications.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree in Education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.
- ✓OR Successful completion of three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D.
