About the Role
This position is located in the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Headquarters, Human Resource Directorate, Workforce Development Division, serving as a Training Specialist, providing administration, training program development, evaluation, and instruction for all employees of DeCA. What You'll Do
- →This is a developmental position designed to give the necessary training and work experience to develop over time to the full-performance target level of Training Specialist, GS-1712-12, PD# HQ24050.
- →Non-competitive promotion through the intervening position in the career ladder (i.e., GS-11) to the GS-12 target level is dependent on three conditions: 1.
- →The continued presence and assignment of appropriate higher-level duties and responsibilities. 2.
- →Meeting both the official qualification requirements and time in grade requirements of the target position. 3.
