The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing classroom-related activities, supporting course curriculum development, modification, and/or supplemental Technical Training courses utilizing approved curriculum IAW (AETC) instructions in support of the Radar, Airfield and Weather Systems (RAWS) courses.
What You'll Do
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic levels in the RAWS courses.
- →Acts as the SME for RAWS course materials to help ensure they meet career field training requirements.
- →CriticalPlans, develops, executes, and evaluates a comprehensive and effective training program.
- →Maintains professional and technical proficiency and accomplishes special projects related to specialty area, to include staff surveillance visits to various training activities.
- →Attends conferences, workshops, and briefings to remain current in assigned functional areas and gain information that can be incorporated into courses.
