About the Position: This position is with the Defense Health Agency. It is located at the Lyster Army Health Clinic on Fort Rucker, Alabama within the Department of Quality Management. Work is typically performed in an adequately lighted and climate-controlled office setting, with routine outpatient clinic environment exposure to sick and potentially infectious/contagious patients requiring normal safety precautions. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Manage all administrative and reporting requirements for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Training Program.
- →Responsible for all Electronic Health Record (EHR)-related training to all assigned personnel at assigned Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
- →Responsible for the training activities involved in analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
- →Perform implementation and training duties associated with provider, nursing, support staff and clerical user access, profiles, and patient management.
- →Plan, execute, and evaluate the training and training support of eHR DoD systems.
- →Communicate with system users and/or system developers to identify changes within medical systems.
- →Support users individually, in groups or by phone to resolve training issues.
