The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a training instructor, responsible for the direct delivery of instruction and training services of a non-professional nature in the area of personnel policies and practices, computer application, management, leadership and administration.
What You'll Do
- →Conducts training courses.
- →Secures classroom space and provides input for announcement of upcoming classes.
- →Ensures training equipment is operational and supplies are available.
- →Improves and updates education and training materials.
- →In conjunction with Training Specialist and subject matter experts, incumbent participates in the development of programs of instruction and/or new course materials.
- →Reviews training source material.
- →Performs duties associated with developing, revising, maintaining, and/or instructing training courses.
- →Monitors and evaluates student progress in courses.
- →Develops and implements evaluation procedures to ensure effectiveness of training.
