The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a Technical Training Instructor performing all classroom and hands on/performance training activities and as a subject matter expert for curriculum development, revisions, and/or modifications of technical training courses in the Heating/ Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refigeration (HVAC/R) Schoolhouse.
What You'll Do
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced levels.
- →Research, develop, revise and recommend updates to Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration course materials in accordance with established learning objectives.
- →Monitors, evaluates, and documents student progress and performance.
- →Inputs necessary data into the Technical Training Management System (TTMS).
- →Maintains professional and technical expertise.
