About the Role
About the Position: The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the Defense Health Network (DHN) Training Lead, supporting the mission and vision of the DHN Director to implement Electronic Health Record (EHR) training to the Military Health System (MHS) End Users.
What You'll Do
- →Perform a wide range of training management related tasks which includes identifying, analyzing, and developing policy.
- →Participate in studies to develop, expand, modify, or redesign training business practices and management.
- →Provide guidance to analysts and trainers in the execution of the implementation of modifications to existing systems training plans and materials.
- →Coordinate and oversee class specific instruction and serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the lectures, demonstrations, and practical exercises associated with these classes.
- →Oversee the implementation, execution and administration of the End User Engagement (EUE) Health Information Technology (IT) training catalog of courses.
- →Responsible for the scheduling of the EUE catalog of courses in the enterprise learning and training management systems supporting the DHN and overseas MTFs.
- →Monitor teaching methodologies and teach classes in the Health IT Training program.
- →Serve as the primary role in developing medical information and total course content for and instructing end users at the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF).
- →Collaborate with military services, Operational Medicine, and external agencies to identify functional problem areas and coordinate corrective training actions.
