The primary purpose of this position: Serves as a Wideband Satellite Communications Transmissions and Payload Controller, in support of a Wideband SATCOM Operations Center. Providing Wideband SATCOM transmissions, payload, and defensive space control support.
What You'll Do
- →Provides advice and instructions to other satellite controllers on technical work and operational processes.
- →Studies directives and criteria emanating from higher authorities and based on analysis of this documentation develops, implements, directs, and manages specific guidelines and procedures to be applied in executing work applicable to Wideband SATCOM and all functional and associated SATCOM and satellite areas.
- →Supports Force Modernization fielding efforts at the local site.
