Role Description

This is a full-time role in Bermuda for a Support Technician. The successful candidate will perform pest control services residentially and/or commercially on a daily basis and will be assigned work based on current operational needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist assigned Route Technician or Fumigation Crew on their daily route.
• Fill in for Route Technicians of Fumigation Crew when necessary.
• Service accounts in an arranged, orderly fashion, on time. Safety is of utmost importance, both for the customer and technician.
• Help on overtime work, and or occasional initial services on regular accounts, complaint services, commercial or residential accounts.
• Maintaining service vehicle in a clean condition, both interior and exterior, and neatly organized.
• See that all service equipment is in a clean and operable condition.
• Report to work at appointed times, whether at the office or at the customer’s premises.
• Make sure that all customers appointments are kept at the appointed times. If delayed, the customer must be informed, not left to guess if Support Technician is coming.
• Handle any other pest control related work necessary as may be assigned.
