About the Position: The position is located at Keller Army Community Hospital at West Point, NY, in the Medical Materiel office. Working environment is white-collar clerical/administrative utilizing office automation for most duties. Work is eight hours, with 45 minute lunch period. Hours are usually 0745-1630 but can be adjusted.
What You'll Do
- →Place orders for medical and some non-medial supplies for hospital clinics and supported external units, both by electronic submission and GPC.
- →Follow up on orders and resolve problems when necessary.
- →Provide assistance to customers to place and track their orders.
- →Enforce DHA standardization of designated supplies.
- →Assist other supply technicians with customer files and item recalls.
