What You'll Do
- →Summary: The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to Maintenance Training Flight.
- →Duties Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 305th Maintenance Group, ensuring that 305th Maintenance Training Flight complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents 305th Maintenance Group with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Program Quality.
- →Responsible for planning, managing, and performing QA surveillance of C-17 and KC-46 Maintenance Training Devices (MTD) Contracted Logistics Support (CLS).
