The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Technical Training Instructor and first-level supervisor providing planning and direction to, organizing work for, and exercising control over assigned nonsupervisory subordinate employees.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Apprentice course, ensuring that the course taught complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Develops and/or revises lesson plans and training materials.
- →Instructs students through assigned blocks of instruction at basic and/or advanced technical/administrative levels.
- →Represents the Aircraft Electrical and Environmental Systems Apprentice course with a variety of installation and functional area organizations and works on special projects as directed.
