The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory instructors assigned to the Logistics Readiness Section.
What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of Logistics Readiness Section, ensuring that the Logistics Readiness Section complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- →Represents Logistics Readiness Section with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Oversees the technical quality, compliance, and doctrinal alignment of Logistics Readiness instruction.
- →Serves as a Logistics Readiness Instructor and subject matter expert, qualified to instruct in all courses assigned to the Logistics Readiness Section.
