You will serve as a SUPERVISORY TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST (SHIPMENT) in the SUPPLY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and implement procedures, policies, and guidelines for household goods (HHG) Shipment Management operations that maximize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- →You will research and resolve more complex more complex, non-routine issues/problems that cannot be handled by subordinates.
- →You will analyze workload data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
- →You will supervise and manage the work performed by subordinates.
- →You will ensure personal property is correctly processed in accordance with DoD policies and regulations.
Requirements
- ✓In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
