You will serve as a Supervisory Technician in the Vertical Launching Systems Engineering Branch (E51) of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
What You'll Do
- →You will be responsible for the administration of personnel, technical, and financial management of the assigned branch.
- →You will identify budget requirements and collaborate with the project office to allocate and manage approved funds.
- →You will manage the integration, testing, evaluation, and assessment of surface ship combat weapons systems.
- →You will manage systems and equipment critical for carrying, launching, and delivering ordnance.
- →You will oversee the integration of all launching system interfaces within ship combat systems and warfare elements.
- →You will lead and direct the development of personnel, evaluate performance against objectives and ensure procedural compliance.
