The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a first level supervisor, responsible for providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the Equipment Accountability Office and the Customer Support Liaison unit. What You'll Do
- →Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of the Equipment Accountability Office and the Customer Support Liaison unit within the Logistics Readiness Squadron, ensuring customer support complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the customer support and equipment accountability elements with a variety of installation, geographically separated units (GSU), and functional area organizations.
- →Responds to customer concerns and proactively anticipates issues that may affect other organizations fulfilling mission requirements.
