About the Role
This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for conducts continuous improvement and planning activities to ensure that global USMILGP offices are appropriately resourced and staffed with expert SC practitioners to meet critical security objectives.
What You'll Do
- →As a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM MANAGER (USMILGP GLOBAL OPERATIONS) at the GS-0340-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Oversees dozens of USMILGP offices and hundreds of military, civilian, and locally employed staff at U.S. embassies Makes recommendation to increasing or decreasing USMILGP staffing when analysis supports changing resource requirements.
- →Maintain periodic contact with all key SC personnel on the CCMD staff as well as key staff members in DSC Maintain liaison with policy and program management staffs and other agencies relevant to USMILGP activity and program issues.
- →Oversees the development and delivery of plans, reports, point papers, programmatic statements, briefing material for the annual Congressional authorization and appropriations process for the Title 10 and Title 22, U.S.C.
- →SC programs.
