This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency. The incumbent will be responsible for leading operations program support functions across the university, to include all campuses and components. .
What You'll Do
- →As a Supervisory Program Manager at the GS-0340-14 some of your typical work assignments may include: Lead operations program support functions across the university, to include all campuses and components.
- →Supervise support personnel responsible for DSCU Headquarters administrative support, travel, contract coordination and liaising between requirements owners and the Agency's Acquisition Support Division, and workforce management, and coordinate the work of teams in the NCR; Monterey, CA; Dayton, OH; and Newport, RI.
- →Primary point of contact for DSCU leadership for all DSCU support functions.
- →Ensure compliance and commitment to, equal opportunity (EEO) Principles.
- →Oversee a series of complex multi-million-dollar contracts by coordinating and liaising with OBO and ASD to ensure the requirements are generated and approvals are supported by the DSCU Front Office.
- →Evaluate work performed by assigned employees and give advise, counsel and instructions to employees about both work and administrative matters.
- →Responsible for setting organizational goals and priorities, assigning duties and prioritizing projects, and planning work to be accomplished by subordinates.
