This position is part of the Defense Security Cooperation Agency.
What You'll Do
- →Oversees the collaboration and coordination among Service, COCOM, Joint Staff, OUSD(P), and DSCA stakeholders to ensure program efforts are synchronized and program milestones are met.
- →Identifies stakeholders and convenes teams, including cross-functional representatives and SME across the SC community; gathers and analyzes requirement-related data; synthesizes information; draws conclusions from the data collected; prepares reports of findings, including recommendations resolving major problems.
- →Develops and provides guidance and authoritative advice on the implementation of strategic plans for the evaluation of USG-funded and partner-funded SC programs, policies, and projects leading to the identification of best practices and implementation of effective SC strategies.
- →Oversees and manages the program annual AM&E budget formulation process including but not limited to the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Security Assistance Program Budget Request (SAPBR) submissions, in coordination with other DoD stakeholders.
