What You'll Do
- →Serve as the command's senior technical advisor on business development, operations, and strategic plans for the agency.
- →Perform the full range of supervisory duties to include recruiting, assigning work, developing training plans, and evaluating performance.
- →Formulate strategies, operating budgets, and justify program resources.
- →Perform detailed analysis of cost, schedule, and performance for agency programs.
- →Work closely with service components and other personnel to assure timely coordination and resolution of issues.
