What You'll Do
- →You will assign work based on priorities, difficulty, and requirements of the assignments, balanced with the capabilities of the analyst(s) or teams being assigned.
- →You will counsel staff members and resolve complaints and execute disciplinary measures.
- →You will identify and prioritize programmatic issues related to requirements documentation and resourcing as well as provide decision support tools (data analysis, graphs, briefs, etc.).
- →You will review Congressional budget actions for applicability and provide budgetary information on all actions affecting network modernization resources during prior and future years.
- →You will provide advice and guidance on policies, work methods, practices and problem solving.
- →You will report on the status and progress of work as well as team and individual work accomplishments.
- →You will engage in strategic intermediate and long-term planning, coordination, and implementation oversight of cybersecurity strategies.
