This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Serve as the Chief, Business Operations/Integration Division under the Director of Public Works at Fort Riley, KS.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the Chief, Business Operations/Integration Division at a large multi-mission installation.
- →Prepares the Director's Annual Work Plans to include the financed and unconstrained programs for Real Property Maintenance Activity (RPMA) projects and Base Operations Support (BASOPS) large maintenance requirements.
- →Evaluates effectiveness of internal and external engineering operations through review and analysis of production reports and inspections.
- →Directs establishment and implementation of internal policies, operating procedures and control systems.
- →Manages the work reception, estimating and scheduling functions for the DPW.
